Advice from a builder who knows design.

Overwhelmed and not sure where to start? Pick a session below for a tile question, a storage problem, a new house, or one room you want to get right. You’ll leave with a plan, whoever does the work.

Want me to design and build your kitchen or bath? You don’t need a session first. Just reach out on my Contact page.

How it works

1. Pick the session that fits. One tiny decision or a whole-room plan.

2. We dig in. On Zoom or in person, we talk through your space, your goals, and what’s in the way.

3. You leave with a plan. Clear next steps you can act on.

Ways I Can Help

  • Tiny Help · $150

45 minutes by phone or video for a smaller decision. Picking tile and a tile layout, making your picks work together, fitting your inspiration into your real space, checking a layout before you remodel, or just picking my brain before you start.

  • Home Buyer + New Homeowner Walkthrough · $295

Looking at a house, made an offer, or just moved in? We walk it together for 2 hours. I tell you what I see and what's worth fixing first. Then I follow up with a written plan. Bring your questions. I'll share what I know so you can do it right.

  • Storage Solutions · $350

A pantry, a closet, a mudroom, the space under the stairs. We talk through what you need to store and how you live. Then I sketch a custom solution that fits.

  • Kitchen or Bath Plan Light · $495

One room, talked all the way through. I come to your house and we work through what isn't working and how to fix it. You get a written summary and next steps. Hire me for your full design within 60 days and the $495 goes toward it.

  • Full Kitchen or Bath Design · 10–15% of the project

The complete plan for a real build. Every cabinet, every piece, every item sourced and drawn. It starts with a conversation about your project.
